Reconnections Education Center is thrilled to announce a new fall program tailored for students who need more personalized attention. With a higher staff-to-student ratio than our current program, we still aim to provide individualized support, integrating occupational therapy and speech therapy seamlessly into education while using our DIR Floortime approach. While not offering weekly one-to-one therapy sessions, our program ensures monthly therapy consultations for each student. We’re committed to nurturing success and growth! Depending on the needs of the students this program will offer a 1:6-1:8 staff-to-student ratio. We are launching the program with students entering 3rd, 4th, and 5th grade. This program will focus on students who require less adult support but are not as successful in a typical large classroom setting. Students who qualify for this program will be independent in toileting and feeding.
